Detailed Product Description

The washing, filling and capping integrated in one machine (3-IN-ONE) is used in
production of non-soda drink of fruit juice, mineral and pure water. 

Features:

1.The suspending bottle-neck clamping design is available in machine, adopt the fluctuating
device of the filling valves to ensure the bottles are stable at high
speed status.

2.Change different bottles only need to change fewer parts when filling

3.Adopt new stainless steel spring style clamping device, and the clamps have no
contact with the area above the bottle screw. 

4.Micro-pore device (in nozzles) available to rinse the bottom of the bottle which
can wash the inside of bottle completely. Outside and inside washing ensure higher
cleanliness.

5.Adopt advanced micro-negative pressure filling technology which has the quick,
steady and accurate character.

6.The beverage feedback system is well designed, the gas can be feed-back separately,
which has no contact with beverage. Reduce the second time pollution and oxidation.

7.Magnetic torque is used for screwing caps, the power of screwing cap can be adjusted
infinitely variable speed, which has continuous power to screw the plastic
caps.

8.The human-machine interface is the touch-screen. The most advanced PL Control and
frequency changing technologies are used in this machine

9.ALL parts that have direct contact with are made of SUS304stainless steel the critical
electronic components are from, Mitsubishi (Japan), omron, etc.
